How it Works

01.

Firstly, we’ll chat and get to know each other via phone call or email. We’ll go over your brand vision and business goals. We can audit your current email newsletters and discuss what is and isn’t working.

02.

If we’ve both decide we’re a great match, we’ll send you a brief submission form for you to fill out all the details about your campaign and any related content you need produced. Once we get more comfortable working together you can submit your brief via email.

03.

You’ll add us as an admin to Mailchimp or Klaviyo so we can upload your design, send test emails, schedule and send!

04.

 We’ll then work our magic to create your stand out email design in Photoshop.

05.

We ‘ll upload the artwork to your email platform and send you a test email. 2 rounds of revisions are included at this stage if needed. Once the email is approved, we’ll schedule it to send at your preferred time. 

06.

Any further Instagram posts or website banners to match your campaign will be designed once your email design is completed.

 

 FAQs

 

+ Can you help write marketing copy or assist with a marketing strategy?

As a creative studio, we focus on the creative side of things, ensuring your design translates your message visually to your target audience. We can offer some basic advice and copy suggestions, but if you’re after full a marketing strategy you may need to seek a digital marketing specialist (who we would then be happy to collaborate with to put it all into action.)

+ What do I need to have prepared for you to design our email newsletters?

You need to have a solid marketing strategy in place You should have a strong understanding of your brand aesthetic so we know what fonts and colour palettes to use when creating your emails. You’ll need to provide us with high resolution photography.

+ What’s your turnaround time?

Email designs take us about an hour to create and any additional designs may take us a further 30mins - 45mins so it’s a pretty quick turnaround. However you will need to provide us with a brief schedule on Monday mornings, including all design briefs you’ll need completed that week. This gives us time to prioritise and ensure there is room for you. We'll discuss the breifing process further once you've sent through an enquiry.

+ Can you provide us with Photoshop files so we can edit the designs?

We can release editable files for a fee. Please get in touch for a quote.

+ What’s your pricing and how does payment work?

We'll send through a price list once you've send us an enquiry. If you need regular emails created, we invoice on the first of each month for work completed in the month prior.
