5. Can I pay via bank transfer instead?
I recommend purchasing the prints via the website when a collection is first released to avoid missing out. If you’d like to buy a print post release week, it will be easier to organise a bank transfer. Let me know which print you would like and I can send you an invoice with my bank details. Prints will not be marked as ‘sold out’ until payment is made in full.
6. Will you share my products on social media?
By purchasing one of my prints you agree to allow me to share your end-products on social media and on my website portfolio. I will include a link to your social media and/or website. Please get in touch if you would prefer it not to be shared.
Artwork Stuff
1.Can I screen print or digitally print this design?
Prints that have been created with watercolour illustrations are best printed digitally. These are saved as PSD files (Photoshop) and this will be indicated in the product description. Prints saved as Ai files (Illustrator) can be screen or digitally printed. Some simple prints created in Photoshop can be screen printed as well. I’ve also indicated the number of colours used within a design that can be screen printed.
2. Can I request Pantone colours?
Yes! I can provide Pantone colour suggestions upon request. The reason why I don’t provide them initially is because some customers may choose to change the colours or request that I change the colours for them.
3. What is the cost to change the colours for a print?
Colour changes start at about $150+gst for a colour change. Multiple colour changes will increase this price so it’s best to have a solid idea of what colours you’d like it to be changed to.
4. Can you make custom changes to the repeat layout and motifs used?
I can, but this will come at an additional charge. Get in touch to discuss your needs and I can send through a quote christina@thedesignparlour.com.au
Please send any additional questions to christina@thedesignparlour.com.au
